Sport Tour, a national sports tour
BRAND ISSUES
Sport for all, everywhere in France
Promote access to sport for all and combat sedentary lifestyles, with a program that has been awarded the "Grande Cause Nationale" label. Create an event in a dedicated 4,000 m2 space that travels from region to region to offer unique experiences: 8 sports practices, meetings with the participation of 7 athletes from the Intersport collective.
OUR MISSION
Putting people at the heart of a national sporting event
Build a team of itinerant sports coaches and hostesses to provide support in all 12 cities over a 12-week period, including all associated logistics. Impact, partner of the event, launched the recruitment process in less than 8 weeks, with more than 175 specialized participants.
IMPACT STRATEGY
A dedicated BU for a field experience mastered from A to Z
An ultra-personalized digital recruitment process. The creation of a dedicated BU: a recruitment manager, a logistics team, an account manager and a law firm specializing in family and sports law. Ongoing training and monitoring of teams with regular management rituals. Data collection and use of NPS to measure satisfaction and adjust the system, with the creation of specific CRM tools.
It was a project that the agency took on with flying colors, rigorously managing the budget to balance the costs of recruitment, training, logistics and much more, while ensuring quality service. The recruitment of specialized profiles, and the long-term commitment and loyalty of the teams were the cornerstones of the tour's success.
