Sport Tour, a national sports tour

Sport for everyone, everywhere in France
Promoting access to sport for all and fighting against physical inactivity through a program labeled major national cause. The initiative features a 4,000 m² mobile space that travels across regions, offering unique experiences: 8 different sports activities, inspiring encounters, and the participation of 7 athletes from the Intersport collective.
OUR MISSION
People at the heart of a national sports event
Build a traveling team of sports coaches and hosts to provide support across 12 cities over a 12-week period including full logistical coordination. As an official partner of the event, Impact launched recruitment in under 8 weeks, mobilizing over 175 specialized staff members.
IMPACT STRATEGY
A dedicated BU for a field experience mastered from A to Z
An ultra-personalized digital recruitment process. The creation of a dedicated BU: a recruitment manager, a logistics team, an account manager and a law firm specializing in family and sports law. Ongoing training and monitoring of teams with regular management rituals. Data collection and use of NPS to measure satisfaction and adjust the system, with the creation of specific CRM tools.
A challenge successfully met by the agency, which managed the budget with precision balancing recruitment, training, logistics, and more while delivering high-quality service. The recruitment of specialized profiles, along with strong team engagement and long-term retention, were the key pillars behind the success of the tour.
