Showcase the Vertuo Pop machine at an event. Strengthen Nespresso's business opportunities by being present in shopping malls to generate traffic towards retailers.

Engaging & converting shoppers
Raise awareness of the brand and the Vertuo Pop novelty by having shoppers taste coffees and recipes made by professional baristas. Convert shoppers into Nespresso customers by signing them up for a newsletter and inviting them to scan a QR code to see a list of nearby retailers.
IMPACT STRATEGY
Vertuo Pop immersive experience
Recruitment and training of 8 hostesses and 2 professional baristas. Creation of the concept and manufacture of the Pop Up in collaboration with our Agency Team. Set up in 2 CCs in Vélizy 2 (20 m²) and Rives d'Arcins (13 m²), 7 days a week. Daily monitoring of KPIs and stock management.
With this mall activation, Nespresso and Impact set up a complete campaign around the launch of Vertuo Pop. An immersive pop-up, barista demonstrations and a trained team helped create a close relationship with shoppers. Between tasting, interaction and drive-to-store via QR code, the strategy generated both buy-in and traffic to retailers. An operation combining branding, conversion and operational excellence.
