Impact Sales & Marketing & Fiers: a commitment to inclusion rewarded at the LSA Sales Forces awards

The collaboration between Impact Sales & Marketing, a subsidiary of the Marvesting Group, and Fiersthe first disabled-solidarity brand in the retail sector, embodies a new way of combining sales performance and social impact. At the LSA Forces de Vente trade show, this bold alliance was honored at a conference on inclusion, and was awarded a trophy in the "Sales Organization" category.

Committed to inclusion

Impact Sales & Marketing, a subsidiary of Groupe Marvesting, is supporting Fiers in a unique adventure: rolling out a handi-solidarity brand in hypermarkets and supermarkets (HM/SM) throughout France. Thanks to an agile outsourced sales force trained in CSR issues, the brand increased its in-store presence 9-fold in less than a year. Result:

1,800 points of sale in Carrefour, Leclerc, Intermarché, Auchan and U chains
450,000 handi-solidarity products sold
1.2 million euros donated to partner workshops

Fiers, co-founded in 2023, works to change the way people look at disability through food products that are 100% made in France by people with disabilities. The event included a landmark conference featuring :
