QVCT Week: Impact Reinforces Its Commitment to Team Well-Being and Cohesion

Making Quality of Life at Work a Concrete Commitment

Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT) serve as a strategic lever for fostering employee engagement, promoting team cohesion, and supporting sustainable performance. At Impact, this conviction is reflected in concrete initiatives that are fully aligned with our approach to social responsibility and our vision of a company where people are at the heart of value creation.

During QVCT Week, several highlights gave employees the opportunity to share experiences that promote well-being, health, and a sense of community.

Massage sessions to promote daily well-being

In partnership with Yoburo and at the initiative of the CSE, seated massage sessions were offered to the teams. These breaks provide an opportunity to release tension, reduce stress, and recharge throughout the day.

Beyond their individual impact, these sessions illustrate the importance of incorporating preventive measures and wellness initiatives into corporate life. Testimonials from Simon, CEO of Yoburo; Laetitia, a wellness practitioner; and employees who participated in the initiative highlight the immediate benefits these moments of disconnection have on quality of life at work.

A collective effort for the Heroes' Race

For the third consecutive year, Impact employees participated in the Course des Héros, a unifying event that combines charitable giving with physical activity.

The 2026 edition provided support to the member organizations of the Mental Health Collective—National Cause, which are dedicated to providing support, raising awareness, and promoting mental health.

Beyond the athletic challenge, this day was a true opportunity for sharing and building team spirit, reflecting the values of solidarity, commitment, and responsibility championed by Impact.

The Step Challenge: Promoting an Active Lifestyle

To build on this momentum, a step challenge engaged employees for ten days around a common goal: to incorporate more physical activity into their daily lives.

By increasing their team’s step count, participants helped promote a more active lifestyle, combat a sedentary lifestyle, and strengthen bonds among colleagues through a friendly and inclusive initiative.
In 10 days, our employees reached over 4.8 million steps!

This initiative demonstrates that collective action centered on simple steps can have a positive impact on both individual well-being and team cohesion.

A QVCT approach integrated into our CSR strategy

These various initiatives demonstrate Impact’s commitment to making quality of life at work a long-term priority. Promoting well-being, supporting causes of public interest, and creating opportunities for connection all help build a more peaceful, inclusive, and productive work environment.

As part of this same commitment to listening and continuous improvement, Impact also launched its new employee satisfaction survey during this Quality of Life at Work Week. This survey allows everyone to share their experiences within the company, identify both strengths and areas for improvement, and help shape future initiatives aimed at enhancing quality of life at work. This initiative reflects Impact’s commitment to placing the voices of its employees at the heart of its development.

Because collective success depends above all on the commitment of the men and women who make up the company, Impact continues to develop concrete initiatives that strengthen its employer brand and its CSR approach, while contributing to a corporate culture based on trust, health, and sustainable performance.
