Training the sales force to meet the challenges of tomorrow

On the occasion of LSA Sales Force Day, Alexandra Warda Gani, Training Organization Manager, and Claire Logeart, Sales Force Director, shared Marvesting Academy’s vision centered on a key question:

How can we effectively train sales teams in an increasingly demanding environment?

In a context where consumer expectations are changing rapidly, where purchasing journeys are becoming more complex, and where sales roles are undergoing profound transformation, training can no longer be limited to the simple transfer of knowledge.

Developing the right on-the-job habits, providing long-term support to employees, tailoring learning paths, assessing what has been learned, and turning skills into tangible results: these are the essential drivers today for ensuring the effectiveness of sales initiatives.

Through Marvesting Academy, our training organization, we advocate a resolutely practical approach to training, designed to be a true performance accelerator for brands and their teams.

An award for a unique field solution developed in partnership with Orange

The day also featured a wonderful recognition of Impact Sales & Marketing.

Our Off-Premises Sales (VHE) program, launched in partnership with Orange, received a Special Jury Prize at the 2026 LSA Sales Force Awards.

Designed to support the rollout of fiber-optic internet in France and combat the digital divide in rural areas, this initiative enables our teams to reach out directly to residents to inform them, put their minds at ease, and support them as they transition to fiber-optic internet.

Thanks to an agile organizational structure based on expert teams, mobile booths and trucks deployed throughout France, and localized support, this initiative has proven highly effective in the field.

A few figures illustrate its scale:

  • More than 10,600 fiber contracts signed in 2025
  • More than 20% of new Orange customers acquired
  • More than 500,000 residents reached
  • 4,600 municipalities covered throughout France.

Beyond sales performance, this award highlights the daily commitment of the teams working in the field and their ability to forge genuine, close ties with local residents.

Two examples of the same ambition

Whether we’re developing the talent that will drive tomorrow’s performance or rolling out innovative solutions to support our clients’ brands, a single ambition guides our actions: to support our clients in meeting their growth challenges through the expertise of our field teams.

This 2026 edition of the LSA Sales Force Day will thus be marked by two key recognitions: our vision of training as a strategic driver of sales performance, and our ability to design and implement high-impact field initiatives.
