At Impact Sales & Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not just a concept, but the driving force behind our decisions and initiatives.

Our commitment is fully in line with the Marvesting Group's CSR approach, whose CSR Report 2025 illustrates our determination to take concrete action on environmental, social, societal and governance issues.

Every day, our teams translate these commitments into concrete actions in the service of our stakeholders.

🌱 A collaborative CSR approach within the Marvesting Group

As a subsidiary of the Marvesting Group, Impact Sales & Marketing is fully committed to the Group's Europe-wide CSR roadmap.
This involvement is reflected in the participation of several employees in the European CSR Committee, a group bringing together representatives from the Group's various entities.

The purpose of this committee is to :

  • Share best practices between subsidiaries,
  • Co-constructing joint initiatives,
  • Adapting projects to local conditions in each country.

Thanks to this collaborative organization and the support of the Marvesting CSR team, we are able to deploy concrete actions, whether common to the whole Group or specific to local situations.

Concrete actions taken by Impact

Every year, our commitment to social responsibility is reflected in the solidarity and environmental initiatives undertaken by our teams across Europe.

Cycling for a good cause

In May, our teams based in Belgium and the Netherlands took part in the 37ᵉ edition of the Tour d'Asperges, a charity cycling event supporting children with cancer. By cycling almost 100 km alongside customers and partners, they helped raise €50,000 for the Máxima Children's Hospital, a specialized center in the Netherlands.

🏃 La Course des Héros: running for a cause

In June 2025, 20 Impact employees gathered at the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud to take part in theCourse des Héros afterwork event. On the program: a solidarity relay in support of the Centre hospitalier des 4 Villes. The result: 22 laps covered, for a total of 44 km, and above all a great collective energy invested in an essential cause.

👟 Inter-company challenge: promoting well-being at work

To mark Quality of Life at Work Week, our employees took up the Step Challenge challenge. In just 9 days, over 6.5 million steps were counted, enabling Impact to rise to 13ᵉ place out of 48 participating companies. A convivial experience illustrating our commitment to well-being and team cohesion.

♻️ World Clean Up Day: local action for the environment

In September, our teams joined forces with Aremacs, the town of Clichy-la-Garenne andEM Normandie Business School for a major waste collection campaign. In just one hour, almost 7 kg of garbage was collected from the streets of Clichy-la-Garenne (Hauts-de-Seine). A symbolic but essential initiative to raise awareness and take concrete action in favor of the environment.

🎗️ Pink October: creativity and solidarity

In 2024, our employees took part in the "Decorating Pouches" creative challenge run in partnership with theInstitut Curie, an initiative that aroused great enthusiasm among the teams. In 2025, Impact is renewing its participation in this solidarity challenge to make comforting pouches for breast cancer patients. An action that illustrates the continuity of our commitment to solidarity alongside major healthcare players.

🌍 A collective and lasting commitment

These initiatives fully reflect theenergy and responsibility of our teams. At Impact Sales & Marketing, we are convinced that it is possible to combine performance, solidarity and environmental responsibility. This approach is consistent with the Marvesting Group's CSR strategy, which places people, ethics and sustainability at the heart of its priorities.
